Michael Font joined the Board in February 2021. Michael is the President and Founder of New Harbor Development, a Maryland based development company specializing in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Since its formation in 2016, New Harbor Development has created a development pipeline of nearly 1,000 units. Michael is also a partner in New Harbor Analytics, a niche data company providing forward projections of HUD data important to the affordable housing industry. Michael received his BA from Dartmouth College and serves on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Affordable Housing Coalition, the Anne Arundel Housing Coalition, and St. Mary’s Housing Corporation.
